Most Effective Hair Loss Treatment

Dr. Lewenberg's Formulas are prepared as a hair spray scientifically designed to be perfectly absorbed through one's hair and scalp. No other formula works this way, especially plain Minoxidil (Rogaine®), which must be rubbed into one's scalp at the risk of irritation.

When developing his hair loss formulas, Dr. Lewenberg had two main objectives: the safety of his patients and the effectiveness of the formula to regrow and maintain their hair.

Through his research, clinical studies, and over twenty years of private practice treating hair loss, Dr. Lewenberg found that the only way to achieve these goals of safety and effectiveness was to develop a hair loss formula combining 0.025% Tretinoin and 2% Minoxidil. As Tretinoin triples the absorption of Minoxidil, using a higher concentration of Minoxidil (anything above 2%) is potentially dangerous and can cause serious side effects such as heart palpitations.

Active Ingredients

Tretinoin is the key to Dr. Lewenberg's Formulas. This medication is commonly known as Retin-A and is most often used to rejuvenate skin. Tretinoin is a safe and established medication.

As shown in a series of recent studies, Tretinoin stimulates stem cells in the hair follicle and scalp, allowing them to repair the damaged hair follicles and surrounding structures. This reverses balding, allowing patients to once again naturally grow strong, healthy, beautiful hair.

Tretinoin also reduces the levels and effects of DHT (the hormone associated with 75% of cases of hair loss in women and men).

The other main ingredient in Dr. Lewenberg's Formulas is Minoxidil, which has been approved by the FDA as a safe and non-prescription treatment for hair loss.

Tretinoin and Minoxidil Combination

Unfortunately, Minoxidil by itself is not readily absorbed in the scalp or hair follicles by itself. Worse, it does not reduce levels of DHT or reverse damage to the hair follicle. Use of Minoxidil alone, or in combination with anti-DHT drugs, might slow down hair loss in some men, but it will not repair the continuous damage to the hair follicle.

It is the Tretinoin working in combination with the Minoxidil that makes Dr. Lewenberg's Formulas so effective. Because Tretinoin triples the absorption of Minoxidil, Dr. Lewenberg's Formulas are applied as a safe and convenient hair spray. This is instead of the standard lotion which must be rubbed in, to prevent any side effects from occurring. Because Dr. Lewenberg's Formulas are safe, they can be used four times per day to activate the stem cells in the damaged hair follicles.

Applying Dr. Lewenberg's Formulas

Dr. Lewenberg's Formula is applied in a two-phase program. During the first phase, regrowth, a patient will use the formula 4 times per day. This allows for the best absorption into the hair follicles, properly stimulating the stem cells. A patient should use 3 bottles per month to regrow his or her hair. This phase lasts from 3 months to full regrowth in 2 years, depending on your age, extent of hair loss, how long you have been losing your hair, and amount of Dr. Lewenberg's Formula you use properly.

When you have grown back the hair you want, you may need to enter the maintenance phase, depending on the condition that caused you hair loss. If you are suffering from the most common form of hair loss, genetic baldness or Androgenic Alopecia, you have a lifelong condition and will need to use a minimal dose to maintain your hair.

For the Maintenance phase, you would apply Dr. Lewenberg's Formula 1 time per day and use 1 bottle every 4 to 6 weeks.

Before you apply the formula, make sure that your hair is clean and dry. You should wash your hair daily with a shampoo and conditioner, or at least every other day. You hair needs to be both clean and dry for the formula to be absorbed quickly and fully.

Please follow the directions below.

• Shake the Bottle gently.
• Hold the bottle 8 to 9 inches (20-23cm) in front of your forehead and one inch (2.5cm) below your desired hairline. Tilt the bottle up at a 30-degree angle and spray. Pump the spray.
• Allow mist to land on your head
• The key is not to get the formula in your eyes or onto your face. That is why aiming the formula at an angle is important.

• Repeat spraying around your head for a total of 10 sprays
  
• Hold the bottle about 8 inches from the left side of your head
  
• Spray the formula, Repeat for right side.

• Hold the formula about 8 inches from the back of your
• Spray the formula down onto the scalp.
• Now target those areas where you are specifically loosing hair. Apply on the front, sides, or crown as needed.
• To apply the formula onto the temples, follow the same procedure as with spraying the formula in the front.
• However, spray the formula at an angle towards the area between the temple and the middle of the forehead and spray.
• Repeat as necessary to cover your entire hair line.

New Medical Study shows Dr. Lewenberg's Formula Regrows More Hair Faster!

Major Research Findings:

- Nearly 90% of hair loss patients who applied Dr. Lewenberg's Formula four times a day "showed visible - and even cosmetically significant - improvement in hair quality" after just three months, with over 85% of patients starting to grow normal hair within that period.

 

- Patients who tried and failed to grow hair with other medical formulas began regrowing normal hair within months of switching to Dr. Lewenberg's Formula.

Other Key Findings:

Most of our patients suffer from male or female pattern baldness, which is genetic in origin. Male Pattern Baldness affects both men and women. In cases where the hair loss is genetic, simple long-term maintenance is usually required. This is not necessary for all women.
