Dr. Lewenberg provides a six-month conditional guarantee.
If you use Dr. Lewenberg's Formula, applied properly, for six months and don't at least maintain the hair you had when treatments began, we will refund your purchase price.
Time stamped photos of before and during treatment must be provided.
You should also stay in contact with us throughout the treatment and contact us immediately if you have any questions. You need to follow directions and if you are given a modified application regimen, designed for your specific needs, you must follow it. Otherwise, you must follow the original written directions provided to you, at the beginning of your treatment.

Return Policy
We also refund any unused medication 100%, as long as the bottles are unopened and are returned within three months of their date of purchase. Simply send in the unopened bottles with a letter of explanation and we will refund you for those bottles. However, shipping is not included in the refund.
